چکیده
Obtaining healthy food, free from chemical or synthetic additives, is a major challenge. In this study, we developed preservation method using essential oils and evaluated their effect on multidrug resistant pathogenic Gram-negative bacteria. Different concentrations (1%,0.1%,0.17% 0.35%) of Thyme oil black seed were employed in study against E. coli A. hydrophila soft cheese. The used at concentration 0.1% through dipping resulted accepted color odor, little flavor normal texture appearance, while during inoculation had the same as except moderate odor. highest reduction rate case 1% 0.17% hydrophila, it was found that 0.35% effect. seems to be suitable natural food preservative alternative.

OBJECTIVE a resistance of hospital-acquired bacteria to multiple antibiotics is a major concern worldwide. The objective of this study was to investigate multidrugresistant (MDR) bacteria, clinical specimens, origin of specimen and trends, and correlate these with bacterial sensitivity and consumption of antimicrobials. METHODS 9,416 bacteria of nosocomial origin were evaluated in a tertiary ...
متن کاملCombination antibiotic therapy for multidrug-resistant Gram-negative bacteria
Combination antibiotic therapy for Gram-negative sepsis is controversial. The present review provides a brief summary of the existing knowledge on combination therapy for severe infections with multidrug-resistant Pseudomonas spp., Acinetobacter spp., and Enterobacteriaceae. Empirical combination antibiotic therapy is recommended for severe sepsis and septic shock to reduce mortality related to...
